Hi! I’m Nicole kramer, M.s., ccc-slp.
I am a speech therapist who specializes in working with children with autism, speech sound disorders (including apraxia), language delays, and social communication challenges. My goal is to help each child more confidently and clearly share their world with others. Over the nearly 10 years of client-facing experience i have gained, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children in a wide variety of settings.
I spent 6 years receiving intensive training at UCLA’s renowned Kasari Lab, where I worked with leading experts in the autism intervention, jasper. i am one of only 12 jasper providers in los angeles, and the only speech therapist in la certified to coach parents in the intervention.
Following my time at ucla, I spent 3 years at a rigorous private practice further developing in my skills. There, i gained experience supporting children and their families within the clinic, in homes, and in schools across la.
These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy: I blend structured, evidence-based methods with creative, play-driven interactions that keep children engaged and motivated. Therapy sessions are tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and interests - whether we’re building early words, refining speech sounds, or navigating the social world.
I believe that strong communication skills are the foundation for connection, confidence, and independence. I’m passionate about helping children find their voice in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and fun, both for them and their families.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me going on runs with my husband and my pup marty, and spending time in the ocean!
